One of the best parts about senior portraits is that they can be taken pretty much anywhere you choose. I love it when I’m invited to a place that is special to the senior. Emily chose to have her portraits done at home – a place of beauty and serenity. Her family is very gifted when it comes to growing things – a skill I’ve yet to acquire! – and the dahlia gardens were in full bloom. We had a blast photographing in, around, and with the dahlias.
