They met while working at a local Pottery Barn and soon became great friends – Lindsey and Rebekah, that is. The nice thing about great friends is that they often times have great brothers, single and eligible. First attracted to his charm, his personality, his good looks, his sense of humor – it wasn’t long before Lindsey’s other close friends began to take note that Paul was soon becoming someone very special in her life. And the rest, as they say, is history.
A new chapter in Paul and Lindsey’s history was written yesterday when they became husband and wife in a beautiful celebration in Seattle.

Lindsey and her mom, Jan, did such a wonderful job of planning and coordinating the wedding day. No detail was overlooked, and the day was filled with classic beauty and elegance.

The day started out with getting-ready shots at the reception venue, Broadmoor Golf Club, a historic Seattle landmark whose clubhouse was built in 1928.

Paul and Lindsey chose to have their wedding ceremony take place at their home church, University Presbyterian Church in Seattle.

I had to slip in one photo of Paul’s parents, who were celebrating their own 39th wedding anniversary!

A classic, vintage Rolls-Royce was waiting for Lindsey and Paul following their ceremony to take them to the reception venue. Of course, Gabriel and I gladly followed! The driver did a fantastic job of finding some great spots to pull away for a few images.

Lindsey’s dad had everyone cracking up during the toasts…

Jan and Lindsey did a great job of honoring the marriages of special family members, with a piano display of wedding photos of parents and grandparents. They have a wonderful heritage.

Lindsey and Paul, we were honored to spend your wedding day with you, capturing all the memories in images to last a lifetime. May your marriage be blessed with an abundance of love, laughter, joy and friendship. ~Lorraine & Gabriel
